4. Refund Policy & Digital Product Access

4.1 Digital Product & Immediate Access

Upon successful payment whether in full or via the first installment of a payment plan  you receive instant access to all Program materials, modules, and resources.

By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product.

  • Access is delivered immediately upon payment.

  • In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), you waive your right to the standard 14-day withdrawal period for digital goods once the first payment is processed.

4.2 No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Full payment purchases.

  • The first or subsequent installments under any payment plan.

  • Failure to participate, incomplete usage, or lack of results.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand no refunds or cancellations will be issued once access is granted.

4.3 Payment Plan Terms (If Selected)

If you select a two-installment payment plan:

  • The first installment is charged immediately upon purchase.

  • The second installment is automatically charged [30 days] after the first payment to the same payment method on file.

  • You are legally committing to completing both installments in full, regardless of your level of participation in the Program.

Default Policy:

  • If the second installment fails and remains unpaid after 7 calendar days, your access to the Program and all related materials will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is successfully collected.

  • Continued non-payment may result in:

    • Permanent revocation of access.

    • Debt collection measures or legal action to recover the unpaid balance.

4.4 Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
We will provide payment processors with evidence, including your login activity, agreement to these Terms, and waived refund rights.

 4.4 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Complete Purchase” and submitting your payment details, you confirm that you have:

  • Read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • Agreed to waive withdrawal rights for immediate-access digital products.

  • Authorized Lamiya Slimani FZCO to process your payment(s) according to the selected payment structure.

5. Delivery of Digital Products and Services

Upon successful payment:

  • Access to the purchased digital product or service will be granted immediately via the registered account or email provided at checkout.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary to access the content.

If you encounter any access issues, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any claims related to access.
